State Extension Forester Peter Smallidge will lead a woods walk focusing on keeping a healthy and productive sugarbush to maximize productivity without compromising diversity is key to a healthy forest ecosystem. Peter will discuss management techniques you can implement, to ensure future health and productivity in your forest. Discussion to include controlling interfering vegetation such as American Beech as well as the potential impact of the invasive Gypsy Moth.
