4-H Certification of Veterinary Inspection Opportunity!

Perry Vet Clinic has offered to come to our Weight Check event to conduct animal inspections, required fair shots, and health papers required for fair. If you are interested in this service, you MUST call the 4-H office by 7/16 to register. Do not call the vet clinic directly.

Fees :

Health Chart (CVI): $50 one animal, $5.00 for each additional animal

Rabies Shot: $8.65 per animal

Triangle 10: $7.00 per animal

BVD-PI Testing: $33.70 per animal, $14.34 for each additional animal

Ivermectin: $3.30 per animal

RFID Tags: $2.91 each
