Hermann Weber is offering a poultry processing workshop geared for 4-H members at his processing facility. He will cover all aspects of processing and regulations. There will be hands on components and participants will need to wear washable boots. A parent/guardian will need to accompany youth members during the event. Lunch will be provided.
Please call the 4-H office with any questions or to register by May 5th for the meeting.
This meeting will satisfy the educational requirement for showing both traditional poultry and market broilers at the 2025 Wyoming County Fair.
