Vegetable Variety Trial Open House

- Overview of the Eco-Park Project and how to get involved
- VVT project highlights and challenges
- Cover crop demonstration
- Sample dishes made from eggplant, tomato, fennel, herbs, zucchini, as well as other Mediterranean vegetables.
