Teen Council - cancelled

The teen council meeting for 2/20 has been cancelled. Please look to upcoming e-newsletters for other teen opportunities!

Cookie Sale

There are still 9 days left to get your cookie orders placed for the historic 60th annual Wyoming County cookie sale! Every 4-H member 8+ is encouraged to sell! Not only are there incentive prizes, but each package sold helps contribute back to our program, and in turn back to our youth.

Equine Kahoot!

There is still time to register for the equine Kahoot! Youth will have the opportunity to complete this virtual question and answer Skill-a-thon on Saturday 2/26 between the hours of 8AM-8PM. At Home in the Kitchen

The “At Home in the Kitchen” Series begins March 2nd! Cook and bake with Sarah and Stephanie, in your own home! 5 sessions will be held each Wednesday in March at 6:30pm via zoom. Email wyomingcounty4h@cornell.edu to register. This is a free opportunity! We will provide a weekly grocery list and recipe guide Friday before each session.

4-H Livestock Skill-a-thon

Saturday, March 5th at 9:30AM.Covering beef, sheep, and swine. To register, call the 4-H office at 585-786-2251.

Pheasant Orders Due

All orders are due to the 4-H office by March 1st.Fill out the form included in the February/March newsletter or contact the 4-H office.

Beginner Soldering Workshop

Thursday, March 10th at 7:00PM.Cost $10.Must pre-register and space is limited.

Robotic Rotary Tour

March 19, 2022, at 10:00AM; 3962 Batavia Elba Townline Rd. Batavia, NY
The 4-H program will be touring Oakfield Corners Dairy where they recently installed the first robotic rotary in the Northeast. To register for the event, call the 4-H office or email Stephanie at sal294@cornell.edu. Register by March 14th.

Goat Bowl Practice

March 17, 2022, at 6:30 PM, Ag & Business Center, Warsaw, NY. Stephanie will lead a goat quiz bowl practice for any youth interested in practicing for district goat bowl. This is open for cloverbuds, juniors, and seniors. Youth will have the opportunity to use buzzers throughout the practice. Call the 4-H office or email Stephanie if youth plan to attend.
