Meat Animal Beef and Dairy Beef Project Weigh-in

  • Tomorrow, Saturday, December 4th from 8:30-11:30am at Pavilion Livestock. Please email Holly with any questions.


Win-A-Calf and Living Learning Dairy Orientation

  • Monday, December 13th at 6:30 PM at the Ag & Business Center, Warsaw. If you have questions about the project and/or cannot attend the orientation, email Stephanie at sal294@cornell.edu.


ACWC 2022 JANICE SCHROEDER FIBER ARTS SCHOLARSHIP

  • Ten Wyoming County 4-H youth fiber artists were selected for the ACWC's Christmas Youth FiberArt Exhibition. One will be determined the "ACWC 2022 Janice Schroeder Fiber Arts Scholarship" winner and one the People's Choice winner: The young artists are asked to drop off the item that they had submitted to the 2021 Pike Fair, because that piece was used by the judges to determine who would be invited to exhibit in the ACWC’s youth fiber artists exhibition. Gallery hours are: Wed - 9 am -6 pm Thurs & Fri - 11 am - 7 pm Sat. 10 am - 3 pm CLOSED: Sun - Tues. The exhibition will open on December 4 and run through December 17. The exhibition will be held in the ACWC's satellite gallery in the Rufus Building on Lake St. (located next to the ACWC's main gallery). Winner will be announced in the ACWC's spring Newsletter and award will be presented at the Community Arts Awards Ceremony on Friday March 4, 2022 at 7 PM.


Mammals all around us

  • Virtual Zoom series on mammals that live all around us in New York State. Each short 45-minute session will be jam-packed with educational fun.
    • There is no cost for this program.
    • Who can attend: Cloverbuds, 4-Hmembers, Leaders, other key volunteers, any youth who wants to learn.

  • Coordinated by Cornell University Youth Nature and Outdoor Education Program Work Team
  • Dates: Monday nights at 6:30pm - January 24th and 31st, February 7th and 14th

  • Thank you to everyone who has re-enrolled so far! If you haven’t already, please turn in your forms and enrollment fees as soon as possible. Participants should be enrolled if they are planning to attend upcoming club meetings and county events. New enrollments are also welcome until June 1st for those wishing to participate in 4-H fair activities.
